Dr. Z was raised in Dallas, TX. He graduated from Parker University in 2016 earning his doctorate of chiropractic. In 2017, he began experiencing symptoms and was subsequently diagnosed with ulcerative colitis a few months later. Enduring a significant weight loss from 185 pounds to 125 pounds and facing over 10 bloody/watery bowel movements daily, he encountered profound challenges.

With a background in chiropractic education, Dr. Z was steadfast in his decision to seek alternatives in his personal healing. After exploring various protocols independently, he eventually enrolled in the SHIELD program in 2021, which has markedly improved his health trajectory.

In 2019, Dr. Z met his significant other, and together they relocated to New York City, where they became engaged. They are currently in the process of planning their wedding and intend to relocate to Dallas thereafter.

Beyond his professional pursuits, Dr. Z maintains an active lifestyle, indulging his passion for sand volleyball.
