My coach Dominique was wonderful

My coach Dominique was wonderful. She listened to me and gave me specific guidance while also trusting my gut (pun intended) when I felt a protocol wasn't working for me. We tried different strategies and found what helped me. The program helped me stop bleeding with natural supplements and techniques after almost 9 months of it. Very grateful for the expertise and support!!

Now, as I return to London, I feel lighter, more hopeful, and more connected with my body. This trip wasn't just a vacation it was proof that I'm healing.

To anyone struggling right now: trust the process, don't fear the symptoms, and never lose hope. I was in a dark place just weeks ago, and now I'm walking with gratitude and belief that better days are always ahead.

Luckily 7 months of non stop bleeding is now stopped, no Mucus, no urgency, 1 time stool a day, little bit bloating here and there but not everytime which I know it will all be gone (because its just 3 days in).

To anyone struggling just know that while supplements are a big big yes to quick results but focus on your mindset as well and understand the detoxification process of what your body is doing. Everybody will be healed and let your body adjust itself. Don't just get afraid of seeing consistent blood I know for a time it is hard but eventually it will pass.

Hello everyone, I wanted to share something truly special from my healing journey. Just a month and a half ago, I was in the middle of a strong UC flare. My calprotectin was over 6000, and I was dealing with 8-10 bloody bowel movements a day. At that point, I honestly couldn't imagine stepping out of my home let alone traveling across Europe.
But then, with the guidance and support of Coach Dominique, ND, everything started to shift. From the very first day I met her, she told me with full confidence, "You will go on your trip 100%." At that time, it felt impossible but I trusted her, trusted the process, and stayed consistent.
And Alhamdulillah, here I am, I just completed a 5-day trip through the Netherlands, Belgium, and France! I ate very clean during the whole trip (with a few small cheat meals when I had no choice), but my body handled it so well. I felt strong, calm, and in control something I hadn't felt in a long time.
Traveling again after being in such a dark place reminded me that healing is real. There will always be ups and downs, but with faith, patience, and the right guidance, you truly can come back stronger.
To Coach Dominique, ND, I can't thank you enough. You guided me like a big sister answering even my silliest questions with kindness and showing me the path back to healing. You've been such a blessing in my journey.

I had my colonoscopy last Tuesday and there had been significant improvement in my colon. It now seems to have only mild inflammation upto 6cm. Beyond it mucosa is normal. Thank you Coach Dominique, ND for guiding me and Dane Johnson for helping everyone and brining up new information.

Hi Dominique, I know it's Sunday but I couldn't contain myself to let you know that today I had only 1 BM and no blood!! Only about 10 minutes and I feel fantastic!!! I added acorn squash now too and more pieces of onion. 50 drops of iron and a few more blackberries and raspberries. Going to buy some baby spinach today. That book on Signs is also showing me how to work with the Universe and energy more. Thank you Dominique for changing my life!!
