Arman leads our European & International team operating from London, UK. Arman is a national of both Spain and the UK, and fluent in both Spanish and English. He is also originally Indian, as both his maternal and paternal grandparents migrated from India in the early 1950s.

Arman was diagnosed with Ulcerative Colitis when he was 18, and in 2017 his condition quickly deteriorated to the worst it had ever been. At the time experiencing 20 + liquid/bloody bowel movements a day and was severely underweight. He joined the SHIELD Program that same year and embarked on his healing journey in search of alternative treatments to manage his health!

Since joining the program in 2017, he has gained and maintained healthy amounts of weight, has mitigated his use of allopathic medications, has traveled extensively, and has been able to maintain an active lifestyle! Since joining the team at CCL, Arman has successfully worked with over 350 + IBD warriors from over 20 different countries.

Continuously striving to further improve his health in any way, Arman deeply believes that a life with IBD should not have to inhibit anyone from pursuing their dreams and living the life they desire!

Arman is currently attending the Energetic Health Institute to receive his board certification in Nutrition.
