Hey Coach Linsy, I had to share with you my good news!!
My husband Walt and I are on the way home are leaving MUSC after seeing the Head of Gastroenterology and I COULDN'T believe my ears!
Dr. Swanson said he saw no evidence of Crohn's and told me he was removing Crohn's disease off my chart! I'm still in disbelief!! He said whatever you are doing keep doing it! You- Linsy are the hero of my story praise be to God- I am rejoicing! HAPPYDAY

My session with Linsy was a great experience. Speaking to someone who had the same problem as me, she clearly understood my mental state and took the time to hear me out and explain the process of being part of CCL and what it could bring for me. She followed up with emails, answered all my questions in a thorough manner, and was kind enough to also get me a split payment option with a discount code due to my financial situation. A great customer experience and definitely a sigh of relief to be part of CCL which I can go to anytime.

Linsy was my intake specialist. I would think most customers come to CCL when they are at their worst, stressed, scared, in pain or at their wits end. Linsy did 2 things that made me sign up. First she talked a lot about integrity. Integrity is very important to me. She really made me feel that the mission is to help me and to not just separate me from my money. The second thing she did is give me hope again. I have always been willing to make a big change in my life if needed but there needs to be hope of something better. Linsy gave me hope that I can still live a productive life with a little change. Hope makes all the difference.

From the beginning of my strategy call, it was apparent that Linsy was empathetic and truly invested in helping me find a path forward with my health. Having already been on a long journey with my health, she completely understood any hesitations I had and took the time to answer all my questions and concerns. Even when I had further questions after our call, she was always available and provided me with helpful information specific to my situation to assist me in my decision. Linsy went above and beyond and equally played a role in placing me with the coach she felt was the right fit for my needs. Nothing is ever a problem, and I am very grateful to have her as my support specialist, I could not recommend her more!
